CleanSheet Group is proud to have partnered with the Ministry of Labour in the Sultanate of Oman to support a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing professional standards and aligning training programs with labor market needs.
In collaboration with the Ministry’s Directorate General of Training—specifically the Department of Occupational Standards and Labor Market Needs—CleanSheet Group co-facilitated an introductory workshop focused on the implementation and development of professional standards and the training programs derived from them.
The workshop forms part of the Ministry’s broader efforts to develop a comprehensive national strategy for professional standards, with the goal of fostering a highly skilled workforce that meets the evolving demands of the private sector and national economy.

The event brought together key stakeholders, including representatives from the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism, along with various professional associations and sectoral skills units. Discussions emphasized the importance of collaboration between government and private sector entities to uplift training systems, ensure compliance with evolving industry standards, and drive sustainable economic development.
