CleanSheet Group (CSG) is the authorised verification partner appointed by the UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MOHESR) for this service. We verify your documents with the institution that issued your qualification and provide the Verification Report to MOHESR. MOHESR then issues your Certificate of Recognition.

Yes. For qualifications obtained from institutions outside the UAE, MOHESR issues your recognition report only after your qualification has been verified with the university that issued it. CleanSheet Group (CSG) completes this verification and issues the Verification Report.

Submit a clear copy of your passport, your education certificate, your academic transcript, and a signed Letter of Authorisation, which is provided during submission.

No. Clear scanned copies of the originals are enough for CleanSheet Group verification and for the Recognition Certificate. UAE authorities may require attested versions for other purposes, but that is separate from our process.

Only if your documents are not in Arabic or English. If they are, select "Yes" for "Are your degree and transcripts in English or Arabic?" in the Education Detail section.

A Name Change Document is needed if the name on your certificate differs from your passport. This can be a legal endorsement letter, birth certificate, marriage certificate, or a passport showing your previous name.

Payment is made online at the final stage of the application. Once you have completed your details and uploaded the required documents, you will be directed to the payment page to complete the transaction and submit your application.

Verification is normally completed within 18 days of receiving the full, clear and correct copies of the required documents and information. Turnaround depends on how quickly your university responds.

Additional documents may be needed during verification, depending on the university and MOHESR's requirements for your case. Please keep an eye on your email; we will contact you there if anything further is required.
